The newly opened theatre in Aylesbury has benefitted from the installation of 13 Monodraught Circular WINDCATCHER systems. The design of the systems compliment the architecture and shape of the building, the Architects, Ramboll, wanted to reflect the surrounding countryside with its woods and rolling hills.
The WINDCATCHER systems serve the entrance foyers and gallery among other office and meeting rooms.
The WINDCATCHER systems were one of several low energy innovations that needed to be successfully integrated together, extensive 3D modelling was carried out by the building services engineers to achieve the optimum solution.
